I recently had my big toe nail removed due to an infected in-growing toe nail. The removal was done by Dr Howell. The only discomfort felt was a slight sting as the first injection was done. Everything else was completely pain free, fast and efficient. Whilst I wouldn't wish surgery on anyone I would certainly recommend the Ryan medical centre. I was in less pain walking out of the surgery than when I walked in. Many thanks

Staff behind counter need a little more training with regard to courtesy and manners...Maybe they should be reminded that WE pay thier wages...

The courtesy I have been shown by the doctors is A1 ..I think getting past the receptionist. to book an appointment takes a little expertise. ..Not enough Dr for the capacity of patients. ..But a lovely surgery ..I have no difficulty with the whole practice .Just the receptionist could be a little more careing

We have been registered at the this practice for some 17 years and have had nothing but consideration given to us and our needs the entire staff are more than helpful and considerate to both of us. I do feel however that when some patients feel that they dont get the service they feel they should have they need to look at themselves and their behaviour towards the staff who are doing their very best to help them. It infuriates me when I overhear patients speaking in a very disrespectful manner to the staff. This is a very professional practice with pleasant thoughtful and most of all helpful staff. I also enjoy the facility of online ie EMISS appointment booking and reordering of drugs this is not to say that the staff in the reordering of prescription items arent just as helpful as they have also been so very helpful when we have had queries or had problems my husband and I thank all the staff at the practice for all their hard work and support both my husband and I have always been afforded.

The Ryan Medical Centre is one of the best GP Surgeries that I have attended. Everyone is very helpful including the receptionists who often get a bad reputation. I never have to wait long for an appointment and booking online is really easy.
